New energy vehicle data lab opens in Shanghai

Shanghai New Energy Vehicle Data Opening Innovation Laboratory was inaugurated in Jiading on Sept 25.

The lab, equipped with technologies of tapping and visualizing data, machine learning, AI, etc, will connect data from different fields, expand the scope of its opened-up areas, form a new innovative intelligent eco-system featuring interconnection, efficient cooperation, dynamic sense and intelligent decision making.

It will thus, provide scientific and reliable data for government and enterprises. It will also focus on the achievements of big data in vehicle monitoring, portrait of users, traffic, battery monitoring and carbon credits

New energy vehicle data lab opens in Shanghai

Deals are signed by research institutes of East China Normal University, Tongji University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute company, Shanghai Traffic Information center and Shanghai EV Data center. Under the deal, they will collaborate in the security of data lab platform and construction of software and hardware systems, planning of traffic, interconnection of data, research and training of talents.
