Gu Huiwen, born in February 1968, is a female of Han ethnicity from Shanghai. Gu entered the workforce in July 1987. Gu is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiading District Committee, head of the publicity department of Jiading, and editor-in-chief of Jiading Newspaper. She manages publicity, theory, news, culture, and construction of spiritual civilization.
