Zhou Wenjie, born in November 1972, is a male of Han ethnicity from Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province.
Zhou has a master's in law and is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiading District Committee and head of the organization department of Jiading. He entered the workforce in May 1995.
Zhou manages the organization, cadres and their education, and talent.
