The Shanghai Western Suburb Production Service Cluster District is located in Jiangqiao township, Jiading district, Shanghai city, covering a planning area of 4.5 square kilometers and a total construction area of 4.2 million square meters. It is the largest modern business district in China with the largest area, greatest scale, most functions and widest range.
There are four functional zones in the district, namely: the Headquarter Economic Zone, the Third-Party Service Zone, the Supporting Service Zone and the Binzhou Ecological Green Zone. The district started construction on June 11, 2005, and was completed in 2010. It strives to develop itself into a business center reaching the production service industry in the Yangtze River Delta and greater China.
Since establishment, the district's influence and reputation has continuously expanded, with honors and titles such as, the "Zone in the Yangtze River Delta with the Most Investment Potential", one of the 16 key headquarter economic bases in Shanghai listed by the Shanghai Headquarter Economic Promotion Center, a Shanghai Industrial Tourism Site and the first batch of modern services pilot buildings certified by Jiading district. With all these advantages, it has attracted many leading real estate enterprises to settle here, including Greenland Group, Huichuang International and Harvest Group.
