Nanxiang Xiaolongbao, or Nanxiang steamed bun, which can be found in the state banquet, has a history of over 100 years. Known for its tasty flavor with thin skin and juicy stuffing, the lovely-shaped bun is Shanghai's traditional snack and has been named as one of the first intangible cultural heritages in the city.
The exhibition offers not only tasty foods but also various unique activities. Strolling along the peaceful Tange Street, you can explore the mysteries of dozens of time-honored local brands, or seek Shanghai's unique charm by indulging yourself in yummy snacks.
