The China OOH Media Leadership Summit in the town of Nanxiang, near Shanghai’s Jiading district, on Nov 12, drew more than 80 representatives of outdoor media enterprises, who came to discuss the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and related government controls, the growing markets in China’s second- and third-tier cities, as well as urbanization and the new media.
Nanxiang, which was the organizer, also used this opportunity to promote itself and its own unique advantages and culture, and describe its plans to integrate urban planning, the new media, new technologies, and other areas as part of an economic transformation in the outdoor media industry.
