I. Qualifications:
1. Separating from the group because of force majeure;
2. Loss of the original of the group visa
II. Formalities:
1. Separating from the group visa;
a. Submitting the Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form completely filled up and one recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photograph;
b. Submitting the originals of the Passport of the separated person and the group visa;
c. The official letter of the host organization in this city;
d. Submitting the certificate related to the origin of separating from the group.
2. Reissuing the group visa
a. Submitting the Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form completely filled up and one recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photograph;
b. Submitting the copies of the group visa, the list of the group members and the plan of group formation;
c. The official letter of the host organization in this city;
d. Submitting the originals of the passports of the group members.

Note: Credentials are handled alone on Saturday.
