Li Ning, a leading sports brand company in China, will establish its e-commerce headquarters and smart distribution center in Anting, Shanghai's Jiading district. Construction is expected to commence by the end of this year.
Covering an area of 5.75 hectares, the project extends to Anchen Road in the east, Zengchan River in the south, Zhongbai Road in the west, and Baoan Highway in the north.
With a total investment of over 600 million yuan ($92.89 million), the project is expected to realize 7 billion yuan in annual e-commerce sales and achieve 800 million yuan in annual output value in logistics.
Li Ning established its e-commerce company in Anting, Jiading district in 2011. The e-commerce company is involved in the design, develop, marketing management, e-commerce, logistics management, and business consulting of sports clothing, shoes and accessories.
Following the completion of the project, the office area will only take up about 1,000 square meters, and the remaining space will be used for smart logistics and exhibitions, said Hua Feng, the director of the company's logistics. "In the future, we will consider introducing a short video production center to integrate the distribution center with the social media influencer base."
