In January, 1,712 cars were delivered at the NIO House, Which serves as a delivery center of NIO and is located in Jiading's Nanxiang town. The number outperformed all the other NIO delivery centers nationwide, accounting for 20 percent of the total deliveries.
Convenience provided by the center contributed to the booming business. According to an anonymous Jiading resident, cars can be licensed at the center and after leaving the center, buyers can drive them straight home.
Covering an area of 500,000 square meters, the center is equipped with functional areas, including delivery areas and parking lots, and car beauty areas. As the number of deliveries can reach 200 in a single day, the center provides efficient and high-quality services for customers.
To better serve customers, it is currently building a charging station. After being completed, the station will allow cars to change batteries within three minutes.
Adjacent to Anting Shanghai International Automobile City and a number of highways, the center enjoys geographical advantages, and has also made contributions to the center's thriving business.
According to Yin Chengchen, the person in charge of the center, to make the center more attractive, fantastic activities will be opened periodically.
As favorable policies that help car buyers purchase cars, the center is expected to deliver more than 50,000 cars by the end of March, according to an industry insider.
