Shanghai's Jiading district is ready to usher in the 2024 Jiading Wisteria Blossom Season, which runs from April 10 to 30 at the Jiading Wisteria Garden, a popular place in Shanghai to view wisteria blossoms every year.
To provide a safe, orderly, clean, and beautiful environment for visitors, the Jiading Wisteria Garden will implement a series of measures for the spring season, as detailed below:
1. Closed Management: The park will be managed in a closed manner, with a designated entrance and exit to ensure a one-way viewing flow.
2. Limited Opening Hours and Visitor Flow Control: The park will be open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm daily, with visitor numbers being managed to prevent overcrowding.
3. Weekend Parking: Temporary parking lots with approximately 130 spaces will be available on April 13, 14, 20, 21, and 27.
In addition to the Jiading Wisteria Garden, areas such as the Wisteria Corridor in Nanshuguan Park, the Purple Cloud Corridor and the Wisteria Long Corridor in Juyuan Garden are also excellent places to enjoy wisteria blossoms.
Nanshuguan Park Wisteria Corridor:
Nanshuguan Park is located on the inner circle walkway of the Jiading Ring River, extending from Yongjia Bridge in the east to Nanda Street in the west. It is an open park, and the wisteria corridor within the park is approximately 120 meters long.
Juyuan Purple Cloud Corridor:
The Juyuan Purple Cloud Corridor is located east of the Juyuan Water Garden Economic City, south of the Jiading Ring River, west of Pantuozi Park, and north of Huancheng Road. The park covers an area of approximately 22,600 square meters and is an open park.
Juyuan Wisteria Long Corridor:
The Juyuan Wisteria Long Corridor is located on the outer circle walkway of the Jiading Ring River, stretching from Dongda Street in the east to Liyuan Bridge in the west. It is a green space in an open park, and the wisteria corridor is approximately 500 meters long.
