During the China Hydrogen Industry Investment Spring Conference held in Anting town, Jiading district, Shanghai, on April 11, it was announced that China's inaugural hydrogen industry investment alliance has been formed.
This alliance, consisting of top financial institutions and hydrogen energy enterprises, aims to create an open, inclusive, and cooperative ecosystem to drive the comprehensive development of China's hydrogen energy industry.
The establishment of this alliance marks a significant step in addressing industrial bottlenecks and promoting local enterprise development. It is expected to facilitate the integration of hydrogen energy technology and capital, accelerating the industry's commercialization. Additionally, Jiading Hydrogen Park is poised to host the alliance liaison office to oversee resource integration, project advancement, and daily alliance affairs.
At the conference, Tianjin Anjie IoT Technology Co Ltd and Shanghai Ogeni Hydrogen Technology Co Ltd entered into a collaboration with Anting town to further the advancement of green energy initiatives.
Anjie IoT, a leading energy services company in China, has already provided safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly services to over 2,000 domestic users, resulting in significant energy cost reductions and carbon emission savings.
Ogeni, a technology company specializing in biomass hydrogen production, is set to establish its headquarters and research center in Anting, further contributing to the region's energy innovation.
Jiading Hydrogen Park, one of Shanghai's first 26 municipal-level characteristic parks, has already attracted over 70 domestic and foreign enterprises specializing in fuel cell system integration and components, with a total investment exceeding 10 billion yuan ($1.38 billion).
