Shanghai's Jiading district has added another exciting weekend hotspot within a 10-minute walking distance of the surrounding communities.
This new gathering place, Vanke's New Ideal Community, features four core public buildings: the "Chunxi Market", the art exhibition hall "New Art Space", the neighborhood center aptly named the "Taoran Center", and the sports venue "Gulang Hall".
These venues were unveiled on May 25, and offer a diverse range of experiences. From the delectable "Little Forest Bread Festival" at Chunxi Market to thought-provoking art installations at New Art Space, residents can now enjoy culture, art, leisure, and sports activities closer to home.
On the same day, the community also hosted a youth forum focused on how to make cities more youth-friendly, and a thrilling basketball game was held at Gulang Hall.
In addition to the four venues, the Ideal Market also opened in the central of the New Ideal Community. In this market, residents can explore 16 branded merchants as well as six major cultural and creative product brands.
The New Ideal Community is poised to become a hub for public cultural events, catering to the evolving needs of the surrounding communities and enhancing the quality of life for residents in Jiading.
