Hura Park, a cutting-edge remote driving digital racing theme park, has recently opened for trial operations in Anting town, Jiading district, Shanghai, blending e-sports technology with real-world racing.

The facility offers a "remote driving + real-world racing" experience, adding a thrilling new addition to the Yangtze River Delta region's recreational offerings.

"Hura Park lowers the barriers to racing, allowing more people to experience the thrill of driving," said Xie Tian, CEO of Hura Racing. "We aim to promote racing culture with a youth-focused, tech-driven approach."

Visitors to Hura Park's main attraction, a multi-functional entertainment and social hub, are treated to panoramic views of the racetrack. The venue combines technology and entertainment, featuring holographic projection sand tables and real-time data visualization. An intelligent environment control system lets spectators feel the vibrations of cars racing by.

During this year's May Day holiday, the smart cockpit experience area became a highlight. "You can remotely control a car on a real track from a simulated cockpit, with steering that feels incredibly authentic," said visitor surnamed Wang.

Covering 10,000 square meters, Hura Park offers a comprehensive motorsport experience with four main zones.

The professional-grade racetrack area features a modular design, allowing quick terrain changes. The e-sports interaction zone includes full-motion simulators for multiplayer competitions. The technology exhibition center showcases autonomous driving advancements, while the themed dining area integrates racing elements into its menu.

Hura Park's standout feature is its proprietary remote driving system, allowing participants to control 1:8 scale electric race cars from smart cockpits using 5G networks, with latency under 8 milliseconds.

The HAPTIC-X tactile feedback technology accurately replicates driving sensations like road bumps. The 600-meter track, made of professional SBS asphalt, ensures optimal grip and uses AR technology for seamless virtual and real transitions.

Its go-kart track offers a professional-grade experience with a 600-meter international standard track and French Sodi electric go-karts, which are known for their reliable performance and quick acceleration.
