Getting to CIIE from Jiading: A quick guide

( english.jiading.gov.cn ) 2025-11-07

If you're traveling from Jiading district to the eighth China International Import Expo, here's how to reach the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) quickly and easily.

By Metro

The metro is your most convenient option for an easy trip. Begin at North Jiading on Line 11, transfer at Jiangsu Road to Line 2, and proceed directly to NECC. After arriving, exit through gates 4, 5, 6, or 8 and walk to the West Entrance Hall. If you have credentials, use gates 4 or 5 for priority entry.

For your return trip, just follow the signs back the way you came. Keep in mind that some exits might have time restrictions during peak hours, so be attentive to instructions and staff directions.

Taxis and ride-sharing

If you prefer taxis or ride-sharing, instruct your driver to park at P0, P1, P6, P8, or P15. After the event, you can easily find a taxi at P6, where many vehicles will be available.

Driving

Planning to drive? Reserve your parking spot at least an hour beforehand via the "Shanghai Parking" app or the "CIIE Zone" on WeChat. Print your parking pass and display it on your dashboard. There are 24 parking lots offering about 4,000 spaces. The pedestrian bridge leading to P2 and P3 lots is open for convenient access.

Bus Service

For a convenient surface travel option, ride the free 71 bus line to the P5 parking lot by showing your expo credentials. The buses are upgraded for comfort, featuring luggage compartments and comfortable seats.

Additional shuttle lines during the expo will assist you in reaching metro stations, hotels, or shopping districts.
