According to Valeo, Jiading's strong automotive industry and supply chain provide a solid foundation for its growth, providing it with a compelling reason to double down in the area.

Celebrating 30 years in China and 20 years in Jiading, German motion technology company Schaeffler has expanded its operations in the district with new projects focusing on hydrogen energy, AI and cutting-edge technologies.
Zhang Yilin, CEO for Greater China at Schaeffler, described Jiading as a hub for talent and innovation, offering a fertile ground for growth. He highlighted its advanced hydrogen energy ecosystem and the group's confidence in the local market, which led to the strategic decision to have its global hydrogen energy business development spearheaded by the Chinese team.
