Shanghai's Jiading district recorded 316,000 tourist visits at nine major scenic spots and Jiading Country Park during the three-day Qingming Festival holiday (April 4–6), a year-on-year increase of 11.22 percent.

Spring outings, flower viewing and ancient town tours proved most popular. Guyi Garden hosted peony celebrations and intangible cultural heritage events, attracting over 25,000 visitors. Nanxiang Ancient Town was the top draw with 142,700 visits, blending old architecture, local snacks and leisure.

In addition, a variety of cultural activities took place. Venues across Jiading held 154 on-site events and 24 online programs, drawing 42,000 visits to museums and galleries. The district also staged open markets, handicraft workshops, photography contests and exhibitions.
