Moonton Games, a video game company established eight years ago in Jiading, was listed in the fourth batch of Shanghai Top 10 Cultural Enterprises.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Moonton Games, Wang Qingyan says that the company is currently focusing on the research and development of video games to be released abroad, and it emphasizes video game innovation and advancing traditional Chinese culture.
The company's video game, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, has been placed among the top three on Southeast Asia's most popular game download list for six consecutive years thanks to the development of creative alliances that have helped create numerous professional competition systems globally.
At the same time, Moonton Games has incorporated traditional Chinese culture into the creation of its characters. Classic characters from Chinese culture, including Chang'e and Monkey King Sun Wukong, have become a part of the company's game creation process to attract more players.

According to Wang, Mooton Games will continue to operate out of Shanghai and with the help of the Jiading government, the company is expected to bring more excitement to players and spread traditional Chinese culture in more countries.
